Refund policy

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 45 days from the date you received your item.

If 45 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. However, in the event of a proven defect or dissatisfaction covered under our 45-day guarantee, a refund may be issued without requiring a return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior approval from our customer support team.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your item and notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Refunds are full, including original shipping costs.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider — processing times may vary.
  3. Then contact your bank directly.

SALE ITEMS

Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are also covered by our 45-day satisfaction guarantee.


DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We replace any item that is defective or damaged upon receipt.

In the event of a confirmed defect, we will send a free replacement of the product or the affected part. A refund is not offered in this case.

  • Your order number
  • Your contact details
  • A photo or video clearly showing the defect


PRODUCT WARRANTY

Earo products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions occurring under normal conditions of use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, or negligence
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
  • Normal wear and tear of components

In the event of a covered defect, we will replace the product or affected part at no cost to the customer.
