Shipping policy

PROCESSING & HANDLING TIME

Earo US makes every effort to prepare and hand over your order to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days from the day following your order confirmation.


DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer within the following estimated timeframes:

  • United States: 6 to 10 business days
  • International orders: 6 to 15 business days

Please note that during peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.), delivery times may be longer than usual.

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or factors related to the delivery location. Earo US cannot be held responsible for carrier-related delays, including lost packages or strikes.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Click on the tracking number in that email to follow your package in real time.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, Earo US will notify you as soon as possible so that a full refund can be issued — no later than 30 days after your order confirmation.

DELIVERY DELAYS

If a foreseeable delay occurs, Earo US will notify you as soon as possible so that you may choose to maintain or cancel your order, in full or in part.

Earo US cannot be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including force majeure events, as defined in our Terms of Service.

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe plus 14 additional days, you may cancel your order by contacting us at contact@earo-us.com

CARRIER

Earo US reserves the right to choose the carrier and guarantees proper delivery of your products.

If a package is returned to us due to non-collection or an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, Earo US reserves the right to charge the reshipping fees. If the package is returned a second time, it will no longer be reshipped and no refund will be issued for that order, including any additional shipping fees incurred.


COUNTRIES WE SHIP TO

Earo US ships to the United States and internationally, based on the destination selected by the customer at checkout.


SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Rates are subject to change and are displayed before final order confirmation.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Earo US is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or additional charges applied by the destination country.

Customers are solely responsible for any local restrictions, taxes, or fees collected upon delivery. Earo US will not be held liable for these charges under any circumstances.

For international orders, if the package is delivered to the destination country but:

  • The customer refuses the package, or
  • No successful delivery attempt can be made at the address provided

Earo US reserves the right to abandon the package and will not be obligated to issue any refund.
